The information published on this website is for preliminary informational and commercial purposes. No publication constitutes a binding offer, promise of sale, lease agreement, confirmed booking or final commitment until there is express written confirmation and, when applicable, a contract signed by the corresponding parties.

Services offered
HADO may provide promotion, intermediation, commercial management, traditional rent, short-term rental, initial commercial guidance, property presentation, publication channel, real estate collaboration and property management services, depending on the case and specific agreements with clients, owners, agents, brokerages or users.

Prices, availability and third-party properties
Prices, availability, measurements, surfaces, amenities, photographs, terms and features must be confirmed directly before making any decision.
Some properties may be published by owners, managers, partner agents, partner brokerages, third parties or external platforms. HADO may act as intermediary, promoter, manager, commercial advisor or publication channel, not necessarily as property owner.
Sold cases, management precedents or references to previous operations are shown only as commercial or editorial evidence. They are not available inventory, current offers, availability promises or guarantees of future results.

Prospect origin and commercial collaboration
HADO may register the origin of prospects generated through forms, WhatsApp, landing pages, ads, social media, QR codes, calls or other channels managed by HADO.
When a publication, collaboration or intermediation agreement exists, that record may be used for commercial follow-up, attention assignment, recognition of participation in the operation and application of agreed commission or fee conditions between the parties.

Commissions, fees and no hidden double commission
HADO's commissions, fees or economic participation depend on the agreement applicable to each operation. Publication of a property on HADO must not be interpreted as authorization for hidden double charging to the owner.
Any economic participation must derive from an agreement accepted by the corresponding parties and, when collaboration with agents or brokerages exists, the rules must be defined in writing.

External links and platforms
Appointments scheduled through Google Calendar and properties linked to Airbnb or other platforms are governed by the terms, policies, availability, rates, commissions and conditions of that platform. HADO does not replace or modify Google, Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Vrbo or other external service policies.
Users are responsible for reviewing conditions, house rules, cancellation policies, fees, payments and requirements applicable to each platform.

User responsibility
Users agree to provide truthful, updated and sufficient information. HADO may stop an operation if the information provided is incomplete, false, contradictory or insufficient to comply with contractual or legal obligations.

Intellectual property and photographs
The website content, design, texts, visual selection, photographs, structure and materials are protected by copyright, trademarks or third-party rights as applicable.
Photographs may be owned, authorized, representative or provided by third parties. They may not be copied, downloaded, reused or exploited without express authorization.

Limitation of liability
HADO aims to keep information clear and updated, but does not guarantee that the site is free of errors, omissions, availability changes, price variations or technical interruptions.
HADO does not provide legal, tax, financial or notarial advice through this website. For patrimonial, contractual or tax decisions, consult an attorney, notary, tax advisor or independent specialist.

Changes and applicable law
HADO may modify content, routes, listings, prices, services, notices and website terms without prior notice. These terms are interpreted under applicable Mexican law, especially when the operation relates to properties located in Guanajuato.
