This document provides an informational basis for digital operations. It must be validated with legal, tax or notarial counsel before being treated as final legal protection.

Information subject to verification
HADO Casa does not guarantee that prices, availability, surfaces, measurements, photographs, amenities, operating conditions or property features remain current at all times.
All information must be confirmed directly before making a decision, booking, visiting, reserving, renting, buying or hiring a service.

HADO's role
HADO may act as intermediary, manager, administrator, promoter or commercial advisor depending on the relationship applicable to each case. A property appearing on the website does not mean HADO owns it.

Prospect origin and commercial collaboration
HADO may register the origin of prospects generated through forms, WhatsApp, landing pages, ads, social media, QR codes, calls or other channels managed by HADO.
When a publication, collaboration or intermediation agreement exists, that record may be used for commercial follow-up, attention assignment, recognition of participation in the operation and application of agreed commission or fee conditions between the parties.

No hidden double commission
HADO seeks to define commissions, fees or commercial participation in advance and clearly. Publication of a property on HADO must not be interpreted as authorization for hidden double charging to the owner.
Any collaboration with partner agents or brokerages should be documented in writing before using data, prospects or commercial materials for an operation.

Operations subject to contract
Every real estate operation, rental, administration, reservation, purchase, sale or service provision is subject to document confirmation, owner authorization, party review, corresponding contract and legal requirements.

Short-term rentals and platforms
Short-term rentals are subject to availability, current rates, house rules, cancellation policies, platform terms, guest requirements and date confirmation.
Links to Airbnb or other external platforms are informational. Bookings made on those platforms are governed by their own terms and conditions.

Documentation and prevention
When the nature of the operation requires it, HADO may request identification, ownership, legal capacity, source-of-funds information or other documentation needed to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Refusal to provide sufficient information may prevent the operation from continuing.

No specialized advice
Published information does not constitute legal, tax, financial, valuation or notarial advice. Before signing, paying, booking, reserving, buying, renting or managing a property, review the operation with a notary, attorney, tax advisor or competent specialist.

Demonstration examples
Some pages may be used as demonstration examples of strategy, design or commercial presentation and will be identified as such. Demonstration pages must not be interpreted as active inventory or real availability.
Cases marked as sold, including patrimonial references or previously managed properties, are published as professional precedent. Their price, operation and result belong to a specific situation and do not imply that HADO can replicate the same outcome for other properties.
