A prospect is considered originated by HADO when the buyer, interested party or representative first contacts through the website, WhatsApp, form, landing page, ad, QR code, social media or any channel managed by HADO.

The record may include name, phone number, property consulted, date, contact channel, assigned agent and communication evidence.

Each property should have publication authorization.
Each prospect generated by HADO should be registered.
If a buyer arrives through HADO, prospect origin is recognized.
If a sale closes from a HADO-originated prospect, HADO participates according to the signed agreement.
The owner should understand how commission is handled from the beginning.
There should be no hidden double commission.
